Cautions for maintenance

● When high pressure oil is injected to the skin, get seriously injured.
●
Eliminate the pressure before removing the high-pressure line hose
coupling.
● Check visible hose, fittings before operating the machine.
● Use the paper or cardboard for the test of oil leak. If hydraulic oil is
injected into the skin, be sure to have medical treatment by doctor
within 2 to 3 hours.

● Read this manual carefully and have full knowledge of the
maintenance procedure.
● Stay the machine on a flat, clean and dried place.
● Never lubricate or maintenance where the engine is run.
● Keep hands, feet away from drive/moving part if engine is run.
● Set lower the mower unit to the ground, engage parking brake, stop the
engine and remove key from ignition switch.

Use correct/appropriate parts in good condition.
●
Repair or replace worn or damaged parts immediately.
● Do not modify any mechanical equipments/parts. Use Baroness
genuine equipments or parts for safety.
● Clean up grass and debris, oil/grease or fuel spillage.
● Make sure to disconnect the negative (-) battery cable before
maintaining the electric circuit.
● When you maintain with the machine raised, carry out the safe support
securely.
2. Raise the #1 deck.
1) Start the engine and raise the deck.
2) Stop the engine and remove the key.
3) Lift the deck from the front, put the pin (18-5) in the position shown in the figure, and
fasten it.
3. Fix the #4 and #5 deck.
1) Start the engine and raise the deck.
2) Stop the engine and remove the key.
3) Put the pin (18-5) in the position shown in the figure, and fix the deck.

4. Detach the knife.
* Be sure to stop the engine, and remove the
key.
1) Use the square pipe from the attached tool, fix
so that the blade may not turn, and remove
the blade fitting bolt (2 pcs).
5. Install the knife.
1) Install in the reverse procedure of removal.
6. Return the pin (19-5) (18-5) to the original position
after the end of work.
● Replace the bearing of the mower and oil seals for every
season.
