Disassembly and disposal
10 Disassembly and disposal
Following the end of its useful life, the appliance must be dismantled and dispo-
sed of in accordance with the environmental regulations.
10.1 Disassembly
Before starting the disassembly:
•
Switch off the instrument and pull the power plug of the wall socket.
•
Detach the polishing body.
•
Detach the polishing tip.
10.2 Disposal
The manufacturer accepts old instruments. The old instrument can also be
broken down into its components and the components sent to recycling:
•
Scrap any metal.
•
Send plastic elements to be recycled.
•
Dispose of remaining components sorted depending on the material.

lubricants and other aids at approved specialist com-
panies.
