1. Close the needle valve (see Figure 1) by turning the knob clockwise 3 to 4 full turns. It will be located
near the side of the control cabinet.
2. Close the ball valve located between the control cabinet and the hydraulic tank, see Figure 2.
3. Pump the brake release 2 to 4 pumps. The brake release is located inside of the control cabinet. See
Figure 3.
4. The machine is now in freewheel mode, although there will be drag from the drive wheel motor.
5.
Reverse steps 2 and 1 after moving the machine.
Use this procedure only when the machine will not start or run to help prevent damage to the hydraulic system.
With the key in the “off” position and in your possession, follow the steps below:
