TECHNICAL FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
• Gas burner compliant with the European standards EN 676 and
with the European Directives 2006/42/CE; 2014/30/UE; 2014/35/
UE; (UE) 2016/426.
• Operation with two progressive power stages.
•
Ability to operate with output modulation by means of automatic
regulator mounted on the control panel (to be ordered separately
with the modulation kit).
• Modulation ratio 1:41:3 for liquid fuel.
• High fan output, low electrical input, low noise.
•
Combustion head with partial recycling of exhaust gases at low
emissions of NOx.
• Easy maintenance as the mixing unit can be removed without
having to disassemble the burner from the boiler.
• Air minimum and maximum flow rate regulation by means of
electric stepper servomotor with pause closure of damper to
prevent any heat dispersion to flue.
• Gas adjustment using the butterfly valve controlled by the step
servomotor electronically controlled;
• Valve seal control according to European Standard EN676;
•
Equipped with 4 and 7 pole connectors, 1 flange and 1 insulating
seal for fixing to the boiler;
• Gas train exit possibility at the top or at the bottom;
DESIGN CHARACTERISTICS
Burners are composed by:
• Combustion air intake with throttle gate for the regulation of the
air flow rate.
• Mounting flange to the sliding generator, to adapt the protuberan -
ce of the head to various types of heating generators.
• Air pressure switch to ensure the presence of combustion air.
• Main gas train in EC version consisting of an operating and safety
valve with electro-magnetic operation, minimum pressure switch,
pressure regulator and gas filter.
• Flame detection by means of ionisation electrode.
• Automatic command equipment and burner control according to
European regulation EN298.
• Display showing the operating sequence and error code in the
event of a lockout.
• Connection to gas train with fail safe connectors;
• 7 pole plugs for the electricity and thermostat connection of the
burner
• 4-pole plug for second operation stage control or for the power
electronic regulator
• Suitable for microammeter connection to the ionisation cable
• Electrical system with protection rating
