BURNER CONNECTION TO THE BOILER
ASSEMBLING THE HEAD UNIT
The burner head is packaged separately from the body of the bur-
ner.
Anchor the burner to the boiler door as follows:
• Position the insulating seal -13 on the sleeve.
• Anchor the flange of the head unit -14 to the boiler -1 with the
stud bolts, washers and nuts provided -7.
DANGER / CAUTION
Completely seal the gap between the burner sleeve and
the hole in the refractory material inside the boiler door with
suitable material.
ASSEMBLY OF VENTILATION SYSTEM
Use the appropriate chains or ropes fastened to the correspon-
ding eye bolts and slots -21 of the burner.
• Position the hinge pin -31 on the burner screw nut near the
lower half-hinge -12 , and insert it in the hole.
• Insert the upper half-hinge -17 in the pin -14 and anchor it to
the sleeve with the two screws and the washers provided -15.
• After aligning the holes in the head unit with the ventilating body
using the screw and lock nut -16, screw in the 4 screws with
their washers -5 to anchor the head unit to the ventilating unit.
Connect the tie rod -15 to the lever -12 of the gas flow rate regu -
lation throttle valve.
Unhook the appropriate chains or ropes from the eye bolts and
slots -21 of the burner.
