Changing Belt
1. Disconnect and lockout power to the saw!
2. Lower the blade completely, and then open the
side access cover.
3. Loosen the hex nuts (C) that secure the motor
and raise the motor fully to remove tension on
the V-belt.
4. Roll the V-belt off of the arbor and motor pulleys.
5. While continuing to raise the motor, install a new
V-belt onto the pulleys.
6. Lower the motor to tension the V-belt, and then tighten
the hex nuts.
7. Check V-belt tension.
8. Close the motor access cover.
