LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE
Check daily for any unsafe conditions and fix immediately.
Check that all nuts and bolts are properly tightened.
On a weekly basis clean the machine and the area around it.
Apply rust inhibitive lubricant to all non-painted surfaces.
Note: Proper maintenance can increase the life expectancy of your machine.
1. Keep the platform clean, spray anti-rust oil when do not use for while.
2. Keep the hole inside clean and clear with brush regularly.
3. After welding, wipe away the solder residues on the platform with oil stone slightly.
4. After using period of time, the surface may be a little concave or convex. The convex surface
shall be polished to be smooth with oil stone. The concave one would not affect the
operation.
