Assembly

Phase 11

Parts needed:

• (1) WP - PORCH GABLE - W101836
• (4) R2 - PORCH ROOF SLAT RIGHT - W101841
• (4) R3 - PORCH ROOF SLAT LEFT - W101842
• (1) O10 - RIDGE CAP LEFT - W101820
• (1) N14 - RIDGE CAP RIGHT - W101821
• (2) M10 - PORCH RAFTER BACK - W101822

Phase Notes

• Assemble with hardware as shown.

Hardware needed:

• (32) BP - SCREW PFH 8x1-1/2 - H100086
• (6) BR - SCREW PFH 8x1-1/8 - H100088
• (1) BT - SCREW PFH 8x2-1/2 - H100090

Step 1: Pre-drill and insert 'BT' Screw into 'M10'
Porch Rafter, as shown. Next, using 'R2' Porch
Rafter as a template, pre-drill & attach (1) 'R2'
Porch Roof Slat Right and (1) 'R3' Porch Roof
Slat Left to 'WP' Porch Gable and 'M10' Porch
Rafter Backs using screws 'BP', as shown.

Note: It is vital that the fort
be level before and after
each phase of assembly.

To prevent board splitting, you
must pre-drill each board with
a 1/8" drill bit, before attaching.

Step 2: Using 'R2' & 'R3' Roof Slats as a
template, pre-drill & attach the remaining 'R2'
Porch Roof Slat Rights and 'R3' Porch Roof
Slat Lefts to 'WP' Porch Gable and 'M10' Porch
Rafter Backs using screws 'BP', as shown.

Step 3: Attach 'O10' Ridge Cap Left and 'N14' Ridge
Cap Right to the peak of the porch roof assembly
using screws 'BR', as shown.
