• Assemble with hardware as shown.
To prevent board splitting, you
must pre-drill each board with
a 1/8" drill bit, before attaching.
Note: It is vital that the fort
be level before and after
each phase of assembly.

Slide this surface upward
to mate with 'RP1'.
Mate this surface to
'WP1' & 'WP2'.

Step 3: Mate 'N30' Fill Trim to the surface of 'WP1'
& 'WP2' wall panels and slide 'N30' upward until it
touches 'RP1' Roof Slat. Next, attach 'N30' Fill Trim
to 'WP1' & 'WP2' wall panels using screws 'BR', as
shown.
Step 1: Starting at the peak and using
'RP1' as a template, pre-drill & attach
(1) 'RP1' Roof Panel to the center of
edges of 'WP7' & 'WP10' gable ends
using screws 'BP', as shown.
Step 2: Using 'O1' & 'N1' as templates,
pre-drill & attach 'O1' Ridge Cap Left &
'N1' Roof Ridge Cap Right over the
peak of 'RP1' roof panels using screws
'BR', as shown.

• (1) N1 - ROOF RIDGE CAP RIGHT - W101829
• (2) N30 - Fill Trim - W102102

• (15) BR - SCREW PFH 8x1-1/8 - H100088
