4.8 Screen Descriptions
4.8.1 Warm-Up Screens
As soon as the analyzer s turned ON, a seres of Warm-Up Screens are
dsplayed. These screens show the analyzer’s model number (Tech 50 or
Tech 60), the unit’s software revision, and finally the remaining warm-up
tme counted down from 60 seconds. At the end of warm-up, the analyzer
dsplays the Fuel Screen (refer to Secton 4.8.2).
Note: If any errors were detected during warm-up, the
Sensor Error Screen is displayed (refer to Section 4.8.9).
4.8.2 Fuel Screen
The Fuel Screen s dsplayed after warm-up, or can be accessed from any
Run Mode Screen by holdng down the
ENTER
button for 2 seconds. The
Fuel Screen s where an operator chooses whch fuel s to be used by the
analyzer to calculate combustion efficiency. Use the

or

button to scroll
through the fuel codes untl the desred fuel s dsplayed, and then press
ENTER
to select the dsplayed fuel and place the analyzer nto ts Run
Mode. Note that the fuel code wll be dsplayed n the top rght corner of all
screens whle n the Run Mode.
Fuel Codes: F1 = Natural Gas
F2 = Ol #2
F3 = LPG
F4 = Kerosene
Front Panel Button Functions:

– Scroll through fuel codes
ENTER – Select fuel and enter Run Mode (refer to Secton 4.7)
HOLD
– No effect
LIGHT
– Toggles backlght ON/OFF
I/O – Turns analyzer OFF (no delay)
