4G Lift Dialer & 4G Lift Dialer Box
Configuration
3.9. MANAGING THE ALARM CALL
When the Alarm Center and/or Support service receive the alarm call, while listening the message, they can perform the following
operations:
• press a configured key to playback the alarm message again; the digit code can be modified with command 95*04*[d]# (in
factory settings, none key is configured, and the emergency phone repeats the message 10 times).
• press 3 to enable the speakerphone in the car; code 3 can be modified with command 96*04*[d]#
Once the activation code of the speakerphone has been received, 4G Lift Dialer considers the alarm as received and it enables the
speakerphone in the car powering on the green signal "Received Alarm". The people in the car can now talk to the Support service.
The conversation will go on maximum for 3 minutes: time can be set with command 392[t]# .
When time expires, 4G Lift Dialer hangs up and after about 2 minutes it makes a new call:
to the same number if in the address book a sole contact is present;
to the next telephone number, in case of multiple contacts.
A few seconds before the timer expires, you hear 2 beeps.
To extend the time at disposal for other [t] minutes, press the same come used to enable the speakerphone. The default code is 3.
3.10. RESETTING THE ALARM (COMMAND 19)
Once you are in contact with the Car, to close the alarm call it is sufficient to digit
19
.
The call will be closed and the alarm reset.
If the call is closed without the reset code (on purpose or interruption of the line), the comfort message will be cyclically played in
cabin and 4G Lift Dialer will make a new call to the SOS center after 2 minutes.
Note: In this condition only the sent alarm led will be ON on the VoiceBox.
3.11. RESTORING THE FACTORY CONFIGURATION (COMMAND *99#)
The command
*99#
cancels the current configuration,
restoring all the factory values, except:
• the configuration password;
• the recorded alarm message;
• the language setting;
• current date and time;
• eventual roaming setting.
3.12. RESTORING THE COMPLETE FACTORY CONFIGURATION (COMMAND *9900#)
The command
*9900#
cancels the current configuration,
restoring all the factory values, included:
• the configuration password (21010);
• the recorded alarm message (empty);
• the language setting (Italian);
• eventual roaming setting.
Current date and time are never reset.
The restore of the complete factory configuration can also be performed by pressing the RESET button on 4G Lift Dialer for at
