BACKUP BATTERY
4G Lift Dialer can be equipped with a backup battery (Digicom code 724000163401) to ensure proper operation in the event of
main power blackout.
Backup Battery features:
Li-ion Polymer 3,7V – 4000mAh rechargeable
For a correct and complete battery charging, leave the device connected to the
power supply for at least 20 hours.
Battery best performances for autonomy are reached after 2 or 3 cycles of
complete charge and discharge.
ATTENTION. 4G Lift Dialer is equipped with a built-in battery
charger specifically for Li-ion Polymer batteries. The use of
different batteries than those provided may damage the device
or cause fire of the battery.
DIGICOM DOES NOT GUARANTEE A CORRECT OPERATION WITH
OTHER BATTERIES.
NOTE: the charge of the battery is guaranteed only between 10°C and 45°C
The battery operation, without power, is guaranteed only between -10°C and +55°C
At room temperature and new battery the autonomy time are:
standby: about 6 hour (*)
In conversation: about 1 hours e 30 minutes(*)
(*) The Performance of the battery they decrease over time because they are influenced by various factors. For example by number
of battery charging cycles, operating temperature of the device and the signal power GSM in the place of installation.
For these reasons, to guarantee a correct autonomy, the battery must be replaced every 4 years.
Batteries are considered hazardous waste and must be disposed in according to local regulations.
The battery can be connected on the specific connector on the 4G Lift Dialer; If the battery does not have a connector can be
connected to pin 18 and 19 as indicated in the lift dialer terminal board table paying attention to the polarity.
Before to replace the battery, switch off the device.

Press and release
Reboot and Alarms Reset
The yellow GSM led will switches off for a
new registration to the GSM network.
Press for 10 seconds
Factory default and Reboot
The red CONFIG led will switches on for 3
seconds to confirm that 4G the default factory
configuration has been reloaded.
All the saved settings and recorded messages
will be deleted.
