Repairs may only be carried out by the following authorised service points:
– In-house, B.PRO-trained professionals
– External, B.PRO-trained customer service
– B.PRO service
In addition to an exact description of the defect, the B.PRO Service Department requires the
following information from the rating plate:
• Article number
• Serial number
• Date of manufacture
• Model
• Production order number (optional)

Check the castor brakes after every change of location to ensure effective working order.

Lock castor brakes.

Try to move the unit (do not use force!).

If braking is inadequate, have the defective castor(s) replaced immediately by one of the
following:
– In-house, by B.PRO-trained professionals
– External, B.PRO-trained customer service
– B.PRO Service
