3.4 Electrical connection
Check whether the local operating voltage, frequency and fuse protection corresponds to the data on the
type plate and the technical data. The system must not be connected in the event of any deviations.
The power supply is through a mains cable which must be inserted into a respective connection socket.
The command devices for controlling the system are mounted in the system control box.
The command devices and relays have already been wired to a terminal strip in accordance with the circuit
diagram inside the control box at the factory.
The following command and display elements are mounted in the control box:
• Main switch, mains connection
• Display with keyboard
• Operating state display (green and red LEDs)
3.5 Hydraulic connection
The hydraulic connection on the concentrate tank (or two tanks, depending on concentrate locations) is via
a CPC coupling (hose ø 19 mm) on the sides of the hydraulic part.
A flexible hose of the nominal size 8 mm is used to connect the concentrate loop to the top of the device.
In addition, the tank level displays must be connected via CPC couplings.
NOTE
Initial system switch-on must be carried out by trained specialists.
