SE400 SERIES

Connecting the Switch to Ethernet Ports

For RJ45 connectors, data-quality, twisted pair cabling (rated CAT5 or better) is recom-
mended. The connector bodies on the RJ45 Ethernet ports are metallic and connected to the
GND terminal. For best performance, use shielded cabling. Shielded cabling may be used to
provide further protection.
