Defines the amount of bandwidth per IP

for both Egress (outgoing) and Ingress (incoming) data. The

Bandwidth Limit tab must be enabled first before you can configure

the fields below. All IPs which are not defined by a rule will follow the

limit in the Bandwidth Limit tab.
