9.  Troubleshooting

How to remove the jammed paper in the drum unit 

 

1.

 

Open the Side Door and remove the drum unit as shown.   

                       

 

 

2.

 

Release the roller by pressing down the Release Arms on two ends and then 
gently remove the paper.   

                 

 

 

3.

 

After removing the paper, pull up the Release Arms on both ends. Then 
grapse the handle of the drum unit and install it horizontally to the original 
place in the printer as shown.
