PaperJam Errors
When paperjam error occurs, check the jammed positions indicated in the message to
clear the jam error.
Notice when removing the jammed paper:
1. As shown in the figure below, gently remove the paper by holding
the edges of paper with both hands according to the arrow direction.
Removing jammed paper by force in other directions (up
、
right
、
or
left) might cause
damage to the machine.
2. Check if the paper is complete. If it is incomplete, check if any
scraps left inside the machine and remove the scraps. Otherwise, the
scraps might affect document feeding and also the print quality.
