Connect power to the Fan assembly by doing the following :
• On the HDX-192 card, locate the power port near the PCIe
connector (see Figure 12).
• On the Fan assembly, locate its multi-colored power cable.
• Carefully loop the power cable once around the plastic post
(stand-off) as shown:
• Holding the Fan assembly in one hand and making sure the
power cable remains looped around the post, position the
Fan assembly above the HDX-192 card.
• Use your other hand to connect the Fan power cable to the
HDX-192 power port.

Align the threaded receiver posts on the Fan assembly with the
holes on the HDX-192 card and set the assembly onto the card.

Carefully turn the card and Fan assembly over, then make sure
the four threaded receiver posts on the Fan assembly are cor-
rectly aligned with the holes in the HDX-192 card indicated in
the image, below.

Secure the card to the Fan assembly using the included 4-40
screws. Use the included Phillips #1 screwdriver to tighten
each screw (do not overtighten).

Repeat the previous steps to connect and install Fan assem-
blies on any other HDX-192 cards.
