Modifying the intermediate stop
To change the effective direction of the intermediate stop:
1.
Rotate the intermediate stop so that the screws point
upward.
2.
Remove the three screws

(M4) using a Torx
screwdriver.
3.
Loosen the four screws

(M3) on the cylinder using an
Allen wrench, in order to separate the cylinder from the
intermediate stop.
4.
Lift off the upper half of the body

and remove the
detent together with the cylinder.
5.
Rotate the detent with the piston by 180°.
NOTE!
Ensure that the air connections

remain at the same
points.
6.
Set the detent and cylinder back into the lower half of
the body. Note the pin! The pin

must be located in the
hole

Please note: The detent is lubricated in the delivery
state.

7.
Replace the upper half of the body

and secure the
three screws

(M4). Note the tightening torque under
“6 Assembly”.
8.
Re-tighten the four screws

(M3) on the cylinder. Note
the tightening torque under
“6 Assembly”.

Assembly
Preparation
1.
Make sure the system is not under pressure.
2.
Make sure that the system part for which the pressure
is switched off cannot be switched on.
3.
WARNING!
Completely vent the rodless cylinder on
both sides prior to the installation.
4.
If necessary, remove components from the slide.
