Parts kit for the clamping plate
The intermediate stop must be installed using an
adjustment plate on a clamping plate in order to align and
secure it. The intermediate stop is mounted either with the
clamping plate directly on a surface (table installation) or
“floating” on a strut profile at the desired intermediate-
stop position.
Parts kit for the intermediate stop
The RTC-CG or RTC-HD series rodless cylinders can be
equipped with intermediate stops in order to provide
multiple defined intermediate positions for the slide and
its components.

Parts kit for 15X120 profile (optional)
Using a strut profile, the intermediate stop with the
clamping plate installed can be float-mounted on the
rodless cylinder.

Effective Direction of
Intermediate Stop
The intermediate stop only functions in one slide travel
direction – left or right. The detent can be rotated by
means of a modification, which thus changes the effective
direction for the same installation position.

Please note the top side of the intermediate stop!
The top side determines the installation position. The
orientation of the detent determines the effective
direction.
