10.
Setting the DUO limit switching (option)
Any application can be switched on or off via the two intermediate position
switches.
For setting, the switching point (intermediate position) must
be approached from the same direction as afterwards in
electrical operation.
The setting of the end positions OPEN and CLOSED is performed as
described in clause 9. above.
10.1 Setting direction CLOSE
.
Move valve to desired intermediate position.
.
Push the stud (figure J-2) inwards using a screwdriver and turn it. The
stud remains in this position.
.
Slowly turn setting spindle for running direction CLOSED
(figure J-2)
using a screwdriver in the direction of the arrow while a ratchet is felt and
heard, thereby observe the cam. When the cam snaps and trips the
switch (LSA), stop turning.
If you override the tripping point inadvertently (ratchet is heard after the
pointer has snapped), continue turning the setting spindle in the same
direction and repeat setting process.
.
Turn stud until it snaps back into its original position by spring action.

10.2 Setting direction OPEN
.
Move valve to desired intermediate position.
.
Slowly turn setting spindle for running direction OPEN
(figure J-2)
using a screwdriver in the direction of the arrow while a ratchet is felt and
heard, thereby observe the cam OPEN. When the cam snaps and trips
the switch (LSB), stop turning.
If you override the tripping point inadvertently (ratchet is heard after the
pointer has snapped), continue turning the setting spindle in the same
direction and repeat setting process.
.
Turn stud until it snaps back into its original position by spring action.
