Functions

Boss/Secretary Function (System Telephone)

Switching the Boss/Secretary Function on the Boss Telephone 
On/Off

Proceed as follows:

•

Using the telephone

Requirements:

•

Telephone is system telephone on the PBX

•

A secretary key configured on the boss telephone

•

A suitably configured boss key on the secretary telephone

•

Press the 

function key

 configured as the secretary key.

Secretary Function Key on the Boss Telephone

Notes:

It is not possible to configure boss keys and secretary keys on the same 
telephone at the same time. This means that a telephone cannot be both 
a boss telephone and a secretary telephone at the same time.

A maximum of five secretary keys can be configured on one telephone.

Press the key while in the telephone's idle state to switch the boss/secretary 
function on or off.
