Deleting one SMS message

One SMS message in the

Incoming

and

Outgoing

folders can be deleted.

Before you can work on the caller list, press several times the

CLIP/

button, until you see the message

SMS-Modus

appearing in the display.

Confirm with the

ENTER

Turn the Jogdial to the right until

Lesen ?

(Read?) appears in the display.

Confirm with

ENTER

. The display will show the two folders

Eingehend

(Incoming) and

Ausgehend

(Outgoing) with the number of SMS messages

already received and sent. The cursor is positioned on

Eingehend

(Incoming).

Select the folder that you want and confirm with

ENTER

Select the SMS message that you want and confirm with

ENTER

Press the delete button

. The message

Löschen?

(Delete?) will appear in

the display.

Press and hold the delete button

button for 2 seconds.

Press and hold the delete button

for 2 seconds. The message

(Delete all?) will appear in the display.

Now press the delete button again for 2 seconds and the entire folder will be
deleted.

7.6

Setting up the SMS centre

Two SMS phone numbers can be programmed into your telephone. The phone
number for sending and receiving SMS messages is entered under "Service Centre
1" and an additional number for receiving SMS messages is entered under
"Service Centre 2".

Note:

Your telephone is preset for sending and receiving using Deutsche Telekom

(Service Centre 1) and additional receiving using Annyway (Service Centre 2).
