Network Administrators
Network administrators can troubleshoot telephony issues in their IP networks using the
following as reference.
Android Phone Utility
AudioCodes' IP phone is by default accessed via Secure Shell (SSH) cryptographic network
protocol after the network administrator signs in.
SSH is by default disabled and can be enabled with Administrator permissions in the
phone screen (

SSH
).
AudioCodes provides network administrators with an SSH-based Android Phone Utility.

To sign in to the utility:

Enter your username and password;
