Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required
Torque wrench V.A.G 1331
Torque wrench V.A.G 1783
Insertion tool 10 mm V.A.G 1783/1
Removing
Position vehicle on lifting platform --> Placing vehicle onto lifting platform and onto wheels.
Perform system bleed using VAS 5051 A --> System bleeding or charging.
Remove decorative wheel cover, for light-
alloy wheels pull off protective cap (use pulling hook in vehicle
tool kit).
Remove wheel.
Remove noise insulation --> 50 - BODY - FRONT .
Remove right rear wheel housing liner --> 66 - EXTERIOR EQUIPMENT .
