TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom
Try this
The display of the DEP
/
T6 is not
displaying anything.
Press one of the buttons below the display to
"wake" the system from power saving mode.
Check if any of the status LEDs is lit.
Check if the red status LED (critical error) is
lit.
Reset the terminal by pressing the reset
button and wait for the system to reboot.
Check the power supply:
Is the mains power cord connected to the
DEP
/
T6? Unplug and re-insert it.
Is the power adapter plugged into the mains
power socket? Unplug and re-insert it.
Try another power socket; the one currently
in use may not be supplying power.
If the problem persists, contact Atos
Worldline.
The DEP
/
T6 display is working but the
appliance does not react to any key
manipulation.
Check if the red status LED (critical error) is
lit.
Reset the DEP
/
T6 by pressing the reset
button and wait for the system to reboot.
Switch the power of and on again; wait for
the DEP
/
T6 to restart.
If the problem persists, contact your vendor.
The DEP
/T6
does not start the host
application and displays one of the
following error screens:
Critical Error
No Handlers Found
Ok
The host application is not or not properly
installed.
Press
Ok
to obtain the System Information
screen and check if there is a package
number for the application software.
Insert a USB-key with the software and
install the host application.
If the problem persists, contact your Atos
Worldline.
