4.1. CHECKS UPON FIRST COMMISSIONING
- Compliance with by-law of 1

- New machine, this check is ensured by ATN (according to standards enforced).
This check may be performed by an independent organization upon written request when
ordering.
- This 1st check is valid 6 months.
4.2. PERIODICAL CHECKS IN FRANCE
- Compliance with by-law of 1
st
March 2004.
- Every 6 months, the platform must be checked by an approved organization.
- This check consists in:
- inspecting the preservation condition.
- the operating tests:
* brakes.
* devices controlling the basket's descent.
* all emergency and safety devices (inclination, overload...)
4.3. APPROPRIATENESS
Never forget to check, before using the platform, that the machine is suited to the project. This
must be performed by the user or his supervisor.
