1. GENERAL PRECAUTIONS IMPORTANT FOR SAFETY
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury when using the appliance, follow these basic precautions carefully:
Read all the instructions before installing and using the appliance. This manual is an integral and essential part of the
device: keep it on hand for any future consultation.
Use the water heater only for the applications foreseen in this manual. Do not use this device for other kinds of
application.
A qualified person, who is responsible for the implementation of the existing safety standards, must perform the
installation. An improper installation, caused by the non-observance of the manufacturer's instructions, may cause
injury to persons, animals or damage to other piece of equipment for which the manufacturer declines all
responsibility.
Do not install the appliance in locations with an excessive presence of water. Protect the appliance against water
splashes, jets or other liquids in order to avoid short circuits.
This appliance is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or with lack of experience and knowledge, unless a person responsible for their safety has given them
supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance.
Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
Do not clean any appliance part with flammable fluids and do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapours
and liquids near it. The fumes can create a fire hazard or an explosion.
Keep away the packaging parts (plastic bags, polystyrene, clips, and so on) from children, because they can be
dangerous.
If the appliance is sold to another owner, make sure that this booklet stays with the appliance, so that the new owner
and / or installer can consult it

3. PACKAGING
The device is packaged and delivered in a cardboard box with adequate protection. Besides the device, inside the box there
are:
a) the installation manual
b) the fixing brackets
c) the pressure relief and non-return valve
