2.4.3 Calibration (single pressure)
With this function a possible deviation of the set pressure in the single pressure mode (per piston) can be leveled out
or checked.
1. Reconstruct the test bench appropriate to picture so
•
Put in a sampleholder
•
Set the balance to the work disk and center on a piston
•
Drive head as far down until the sample holder is so close to the balance as it is during normal work
on the working disk
•
Insert a sample in the sampleholder
2. Set the to be checked force in “force per piston”
3. Press button “move down the piston” (if the button is held down for more than 2 seconds, the pistons stay
extended)
4. Read the force on the balance and adjust the set force difference as a correction
5. Press button "move down the piston" again to retract the piston back
» Always retract piston again to check a new pressure!
