Dismantling instructions for the housing

Anti-splash ring

»

switch off machine

»

pull out the mains plug

»

take out the working wheel

»

loosen the carrier wheel (4x M6)

»

take out the carrier wheel

(do not lose the O-ring under the bowl)

»

remove anti-splash ring

»

unscrew the plastic ring with the hook-wrench
(hook-wrench is included)

»

take out the plastic bowl and the drain tube
(do not lose the O-ring under the bowl)

»

pull out tap and remove the tube

»

remove 2x M4 screws at the back

»

pull housing forwards and away

Replacing the housing

»

insert housing from front,
insert the two pegs into
the rubber sleeve.

»

screw-in 2x M4 into rear side of housing

»

plug in earth cable (Earth)

»

connect tap with tube, put in tap

»

insert plastic bowl (control seat of o-ring)

»

screw on plastic ring hand-tight using wrench

»

put in carrier wheel and screw on

»

insert anti-splash ring

»

put on working wheel

»

make a check of all functions and a safety test (Emergency Stop).
