With reference to picture 1, push the general switch (
E
) to switch on the dishwasher on and the
lamp (
F
) will light on at the same time.
The dishwasher fills water into the tank automatically up to the set level and it switches on the
boiler and tank heating elements. The boiler thermometer (
B
) and the tank thermometer (
D
) will
show the temperatures. When the set temperatures are reached, the lamps (
B
) and (
D
) switch off,
showing that the dishwasher is ready for starting the washing cycle. Check that the boiler
thermometer (
A
) and the tank thermometer (
C
) are at the preset temperatures.
N.B.
The internal thermostats are set by the manufacturer at the following temperatures:

boiler temperature:
78° C
;
·
tank temperature:
55° C.
WASHING CYCLE

Open the dishwasher door and fill some detergent in the tank (except for the versions with built-
in detergent dispenser). The tank has a capacity of 36 liters; therefore, the detergent, which has to
be suitable for industrial dishwashers, is to be poured in the tank according to the quantities
suggested by its manufacturer.
