Attach the Door Hook to the high-position on the
Door. Stand with feet hip width apart, facing the
door. Grasp one Ripcords® handle in each hand
with palms facing inwards and arms extended
straight towards the door hook.
Pull the arms back while keeping both arms
straight throughout the movement. Focus on
squeezing the shoulder blades together and
bringing both arms through a full range of
movement. Return to starting position and re-
peat.
