FIttING the coVer PlAte AND
coNtrolS
Insert an ‘O’ ring into the recess in the back of
each retaining collar
(fig.14)
. note that the
temperature collar has the larger diameter hole
through the centre.
ImpOrtant:
Before fitting the cover plate
make sure the valve locking nuts are level
with the finished surface

Fit the cover plate over the protruding controls
and slide tight against the valve locking nuts
and tiled wall.
hold the cover plate in position and screw on
the temperature control trim ring, with the
‘O’ ring in place, to the temperature control
(fig.16)
.
DO nOT tighten fully at this stage.
Screw the diverter control trim ring onto the
diverter control – make sure the ‘O’ ring is
seated properly
(fig.17)
.
Align the cover plate before securing to the
wall by tightening the trim rings – finger tight
should be sufficient.
Screw the diverter control trim onto the
diverter valve and tighten.
