(8) Loosen the screws securing Vise-Jaw R.

(9) Pull Vise-Jaw R forward. Vise-Jaw R must be replaced both two pieces at the same time.

(10) Remove cutting chips, dusts and oils from Vise Jaw R.
(11) Insert new Vise Jaw R to the end and tighten screws.

Replacement of Carbon Brush
(1)
Turn the cap inside with a flat screwdriver and take out the Carbon Brush.

Insert a new Carbon Brush. Do not stain the Carbon Brush with oil on fingers, etc.

Install the cap.
• Disconnect the Power Plug to avoid electric shock.
• Keep the new carbon brush free from oil, dirt, chips, etc. Avoid stain of
gloves from attaching to the Carbon Brush.
