Replacing the Needle

Replacing the Needle

Refer to the appropriate instructions below depending on whether you are 
replacing the needle (part number G1811-23200) with one of the same type or

 

one of a different type.

Installing the Needle

To install a replacement needle (part number G1811-23200) of the same type 

that is currently installed:

1

Remove the transfer tubing’s 1/4"-28 fitting from the tubing fitting.

2

Loosen the needle retaining screw and remove the needle and tubing fitting 
from the needle holder.

3

Remove the old needle from the tubing fitting and insert the replacement 
needle.

4

Slide the needle assembly into the needle holder making sure that the needle 
is centered over the needle guide.

5

Secure the needle by tightening the needle retaining screw.

6

Attach and tighten the transfer tubing’s 1/4"-28 fitting.
