Installation

Assembling the XY Autosampler

Connecting the Sipper Tubing to the XY Autosampler

For a fully automated sample handling, you have to connect a flow cell with 
sipper pump (part number 89052B) and tubing (part number 5042-1334) to 
the XY autosampler.

Only a brief description on how to connect the inlet tubing of the flow cell to 
the needle of the XY autosampler is given here. For more detailed 
instructions on how to setup the sipper system, refer to the 

Installing and 

Operating Your Sipper System

 manual, part number 89068-90005.

Connect the end of the sipper inlet tubing having the transparent fitting, to the 
threaded connector of the XY autosampler needle. See Figure 13.
