8.2 Viewﬁnder System

The viewﬁnder system on the ARRIFLEX 235 can be

swivelled in two axes. The viewﬁnder image is always

upright and correct left-to-right when the viewﬁnder is

swivelled within the main axes

An 80/20 beamsplitter for the video assist is integrated

into the camera body. The viewﬁnder and the video assist

can be used independently from each other.

• Hold the eyepiece with one hand and with the other
