Transfer

There are two different ways to take the

Carino

hygiene chair

with a resident to the shower room or toilet.

Method 1

The

Carino

is pushed from the back and the resident’s feet are

placed on the foot supports.

(See Fig. 1)

Method 2

The

Carino

is pushed at a comfortable height from the front and

the resident does not use foot supports or leg rests.

(See Fig. 2)

WARNING

To avoid entrapment, make sure to keep the
residents hair, arms and feet close to the body and
use designated grab supports during any
movement.
