9. SERVICE FUNCTION TEST
Following points should be paid attention to during service test:

Entrance Method to Service Mode:
By pressing the “Start/Pause” button, you can switch to “Service” mode when you turn
the button to the first program from the rotary “ON/OFF” position CW.

To activate the components which are controlled in each step of the service mode,
the door has to be mechanically locked, that is, components must be powered. For
example, to rotate the motor, the door must be locked, in other words motor must be
energized.

After the service mode is entered, if door contact is not closed for any reason (door
lock is faulty or door lock triac is faulty), that is electronic card is energized but the driven
components (heater, motor, pump, etc.) are not:
a) In Models with LED: "Ready" follow up LED will be lit steadily. In the meantime, if
EEPROM has a
"Error Code", they will be coded at "Spin Level" LEDs (in decimal system (BCD format)).
If there is no error, all of the "Spin Level" LEDs will be turned off.
Also, if "Start/Pause" button is pressed, then no change will take place
in the above mentioned issues and as the door is not locked in real "Service Mode"
steps will not be progressed and "Error Code" will be shown steadily.
b) In 75 models : If you have an "Error Code" on EEPROM, this will be shown on 7S
display as "E?"
If there is no error, "E--" will be shown on 7S display.
Also, if "Start/Pause" button is pressed, then no change will take place
in the above mentioned issues and as the door is not locked in real "Service Mode"
steps will not be progressed and "Error Code" will be shown steadily.

If the energy of the machine is interrupted due to any reason whatsoever at any
stage of service test (due to “ON/OFF” or power cut), WM goes back to "Selection Mode"
when it is energized again.
If more that 2 minutes are waited at a service test step, WM goes back to selection mode.
At the service mode, components are activated one by one by pressing the Start/Pause
button. In turn:
1) At startup, “Error Code” which is created last and recorded to EEPROM is shown.
Following points should be paid attention when
“Error Code”
is displayed:
I) In 7S Models:
If there is an “Error Code”, counterpart of this code in the decimal system (in BCD format)
is displayed on 7S by adding “E” to the beginning. Example; “E09” or “E13”.
If there is no “Error Code”, this is displayed on 7S as “E--”.
II. Only in Models with LED:
If there is an “Error Code”, counterpart of this code in the decimal system (in BCD format)
is encoded to the “Spin Level LEDS". When encoding is performed, weights of the orders
from the bottom to the top are as follows 20=1, 21=2, 22=4, 23=8 Hertz in turn. For
example, if the "Error Code" is "03" then the bottom most 1st and 2nd LEDs will be turned
on while others are turned off. If the "Error Code" is "08" then only the 4th LED from the
bottom will be turned on while others are turned off.
