Warranty and liability 1.
Vita Systems are manufactured und inspected taking high quality and safety standards into
consideration.
However, the warranty and liability do not cover personal injuries and property damage which can be
attributed to one or more causes such as the following:
o
Failure to follow these assembly instructions and operating instructions.
o
Improper assembly, commissioning, maintenance and operation.
o
Improper repair or transport.
o
Unauthorised structural modifications to the device.
o
Any damage caused by continuing to use the device in spite of an obvious defect.
o
Failure to use original replacement parts and original accessories.
o
Improper use of the device.
o
Force majeure.
o
Surfaces used for heat storage with irregularities such as air inclusions, small cracks
or rough edges.
o
Subject to colour variations, technical changes and errors.

importance to ensure the correct planning, installation and operation of this product. Failure to do so
can result in damage, errors and/or faults.

device, and will render any warranty claims null and void.
