dosing. Afterwards, the dosing will be activated. It may last from 1 to 99 minutes, and will be carried out at the
maximum speed (100% actual flow rate of the pump).
Fig. 6 Start-up of the Dosing Cycle depending on the inhibitory signal
At the end of the dosing phase, the pump waits for the Block phase to end. The duration of this phase is adjustable
from 0 (block deactivated) to 99 minutes.
At the end of the dosing cycle, the following dosing cycle will start if at least one of the following conditions is
fulfilled:
The
Repeat
operating mode has been selected, and the inhibitory signal is active and stabilized at the end
of the block phase;
The inhibitory signal is deactivated and re-activated;
The following image (Fig. 7-a, b) shows the functioning scheme of the "
Dosing cycle
” mode in case the signal from
the recirculation pump is always active and stabilized, or in case the pump signal is deactivated and re-activated
during block time at the end of the dosing phase (assuming that the signal is active and stabilized).
(a)- Operation example with inhibitory signal always active
(b)- Operation example with low->high transition of the inhibitory signal
