This function allows you to set a different time interval when the
vehicle is off.
Note:
We don’t suggest to use the distant Interval and Angle to Move the Ratio, and
the ACC Ratio if you don’t need it.

Explanation:
The device will report to the platform every 30 seconds when the vehicle is ON and
will not report depending on its distance. It will also report when the vehicle takes
turns over 30 degrees but won’t report when the vehicle stops moving. When the
vehicle is off the device will report every 2 hours.
