Status Screen 6 – Codes
The screen displays the following information:

Software revision
•
Serial number of pump
•
Code for manufacturer’s use
•
Code for manufacturer’s use
•
Code for manufacturer’s use
•
Code for manufacturer’s use
The cursor is flashing on the Status Screen number 6. Press the Up arrow to move to Status
Screen 7 or press OK to highlight Main Menu and exit Status screens.
Status Screen 7 – Personal Information
The screen displays the following information:

Personal information of your choice
The cursor is flashing on the Status Screen number 7. Press OK to
highlight Main Menu and exit Status screens.
You can also upload a limited amount of personal information, such as
naming your pump, your doctor’s office telephone number, etc. This
upload feature is available using your PC and ezManager Plus, version 4.0 and higher.
ezManager Plus and the IR Accessory Kit each sold separately. For instructions on uploading
personal information, refer to ezManager Plus User Guide.
