Removing the hydraulic motor

-

Use the air regulator to move the limit switch rod

(A) to the opposite side relative to that to be

removed (then release the air and disconnect the

supply pipes as described in paragraph 6.4).

-

Remove the delivery pipe assembly (1) by

unscrewing the nuts (2a) and (2b). When

removing the nut (2b), tighten the nut (2c) with a

second wrench by pushing counterclockwise.

-

Totally unscrew the screws (43) and remove the

limit switch cover plate (44) as well as the pneu-

matic limit switch (42).

-

Remove the suction pipe assembly (7) by

unscrewing the nuts (6).

MPORTANT:

To remove the delivery pipe assembly (1) and the suction pipe assembly (7), please read paragraph

6.9 and 6.10.

-

Unscrew the screws (34) and pull out the pum-

ping hub (32) as well as the takeup hub (28); it is

now possible to pull out the lip seal (31) and

replace it.

-

Unscrew the piston fastening screw (18) and by

using a puller, pull the piston (16) out of the

chromium plated shaft (4).

-

Pull out the bellows flange (26).

-

Pull the bellows (14) out of the chromium plated

shaft (4) by forcing it out with your hand.

WARNING:

-

Do not scratch or dent the surface of the piston during disassembly.

-

It is recommended to remove the bellows only if it must be replaced.
