Use
This section describes the multi spray unit use in compliance with the safety standards in force.
It is recommended to read this section carefully.
OPERATING LIMITS AND CONDITIONS
Any structural modification or mounting position of the unit is permitted only if previously authorized
by the ANEST IWATA EUROPE technical service.
Failure to meet this authorization voids the ATEX certification.
Environmental conditions
Ambient temperature: min. +5°C; max. +40°C.
The nameplate data on the maximum surface temperature, refer to measurements made in normal
ambient and installation conditions.
Even minimal variations to said conditions could significantly affect the build-up of heat.
5.2
Safety rules during use

The manufacturing company declines all responsibility if the operator does not comply with
them. Furthermore, it will not to be held responsible for improper use of the equipment.
If the system is used improperly, it could break down, thereby causing serious damage.

Use the multi spray unit for professional purposes only.

Do not modify or change the system; use only Anest Iwata original spare parts.

Check the system daily: repair or replace all worn or damaged parts immediately.

Never exceed the maximum working pressure: 6 bar (0.6 Mpa).

IT IS FORBIDDEN to use the equipment for purposes that are different from those descri-
bed in the use and maintenance manual. If you need any extra information, please con-
tact your Anest Iwata dealer.

Use paints and solvents compatible with the system parts they come into contact with.

Refer to the paint and solvent features specified by the manufacturer.

Wear the protective clothes described in section 5.3.

Follow all local standards on electrical safety and fire risks.

Clothes
Wear protective gloves and goggles, an oxygen mask and ear protections during work; In any case,
always follow the laws in force (e.g. LAW 626/94).
