auto power module
The qTOWER
3
auto power module is used to provide the automated real-time PCR
qTOWER³ auto thermal cycler with power. The external solution allows for flexibility
with regards to installation or integration in automation systems.
The operating status (on/off) is indicated by the status LED on the front of the device.
The connections for Data 1, Data 2 and Power are also located here.

1 Status LED (indicates whether the device is switched on or off)

3 Data 1 connection (lid heating – communication lines)
4 Data 2 connection (for connecting the sensors of the thermal block)
A mains connection socket, the fuse compartment and the power switch are located at
the back of the qTOWER³ auto, in addition to the service connection.
