11. Rotate the wheel with the installed

color modules and check whether the
color modules grind against the lid.
If this is the case, loosen the screw
connection of the color module, check
its position and retighten the screws.

NOTICE

Do not attempt to force a jammed color module into the correct position simply by tighten-

ing it further. The sensitive optics may be damaged.

12. Place the hood back onto the device.
13. First tighten the four external screws at

the upper part on the backplate of the
qTOWER³ 84.

14. Open the lid and remove the four ex-

ternal screws on the inside of the lid.

15. Close the lid again.

16. Switch on the qTOWER³ 84 Start the qPCRsoft384 program.
17. Select the command E
