AXB-TMC/TMX+ Television Managers

Rack-mount installation

Rack-mounting the AXB-TMC/TMX+ requires an optional TMX-RK Rack Kit. Refer to FIG. 15 

and the following steps to mount the AXB-TMC/TMX+ in a rack.

1.

Position the short mounting bracket

against the side of the AXB-TMC/TMX+ and align the 

mounting holes in the bracket with the threaded holes in the AXB-TMC/TMX+.

2.

Insert two #4-40 x 1/4" flat-head screws

and tighten using a Phillips screwdriver. Insert the 

screws from the front of the mounting bracket.

3.

Position the cover panel

over the cutout on the long rack-mount bracket

(cover panel may 

be mounted on the front or rear of the cutout). Then insert the two #4-40 x 1/2" pan-head 

screws

 through cover panel

holes and the mounting bracket

.

4.

Place the split washers

on the two screws

. Then thread the two nuts

onto the two 

screws

.

5.

Using a nut driver and a Phillips screwdriver, tighten each of the two-cover panel retaining 

screws

.

6.

Position the long rack-mount bracket

against the side of the AXB-TMC/TMX+ and align 

the bracket holes with the unit's threaded holes. Then insert two #4-40 x 1/4" flat-head 

screws

and tighten the screws using a Phillips screwdriver.
