AMICO makes no other warranties as to the merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitation may not apply to you.
The ECS warranty applies only to the emission control system of
your new equipment. If there is any conflict in terms between the
ECS warranty and the AMICO warranty, the AMICO warranty
shall apply. Both the ECS warranty and the AMICO warranty
describe important rights and obligations with respect to your new
engine,
Warranty service can be performed only by a AMICO authorized
warranty service facility. When requesting warranty service,
evidence must be presented showing the date of the sale to the
original purchaser/owner.
